Brilliant gym. Offers great equipment for both weight training and cardio. Clean, tidy and very well run. Relaxed & friendly atmosphere with a knowledgeable team ready to offer advice whenever required. Owner also provides top class personal training and nutritional / dietary advice to help clients get amazing results.

Great place nice and friendly very clean and kept tidy .and near to station. Was on the way to station stopped to make a good workout and afterwards the friendly man behind the desk offered me a ride to station as i had luggage.Great staff
