Tag have got to be the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to have to deal with.My husband and I took a property rented through them in 2015 and from within a few months of taking the property to leaving in October this year we had so many problems, they are an extremely incompetent company who dont reply to email or return phone calls, their staff do not communicate with each other so problems can be solved properly.On more than one occasion Tag entered our property for inspection without giving us any notice, they also gave keys to a boiler company without our permission, so a total invasion of privacy, every time we had a problem it was put right at the cheapest cost and on several occasions would need doing again, We would never rent a property through Tag again and we would highly recommend anyone to think twice before using there services.
