Sometimes it isnt always possible due to the landlord but even then she tries to keep you in the loop so you know what is going on. One of the trade offs with renting is that you cant just do what you want when you need to but this is mitigated by the efficiency and compassion of Dawn, as well as the Tewkesbury team. Great sale team, friendly, quick turnaround finding tenant, good supports. Repairs/maintenance department could be improved with lower cost and better supports, I ran into difficulties once few year ago but recovered without impacts to tenant. Have been with them for 5-6 years, no reason to switch.
