Just bought my house through Andrews, a big thanks you to Neal and his team for making the process stress free, I found them to be very extremely helpful and friendly and provided a fantastic service from initial viewing until completion, I would hesitate to recommend them.
The whole staff at Tewkesbury branch are excellent in their attention and professionalism. Special mentions for Donna who tuned in to our tastes and requirements and was as excited as us when she found our home. Also Carole was amazing at pulling the whole chain in line to achieve the completion date we wanted (despite some "professionals" seeming to not cooperate. A great experience and highly recommend.
We went for a first viewing on a house in Tewkesbury that needed some updating and required us to look closely at parts of the house, we had seen the house on Rightmove but were instantly interested as a project house. the agent from Andrews, met us at the house - however he couldn't answer our questions, and after only 15 minutes of looking he told us he would have to go as he had another appointment and ushered us out. we felt we were not taken seriously as young first time buyers and felt he didn't really want to be there. the house is also for sale with another estate agent so now we have contacted them, and they have lost us as a customer.
