Helpful staff and good stock..
Hello, everyone. I highly encourage you to avoid ordering anything from RedWolf and here is why:I ordered AEG from this company on October, 2018. At first, everything seemed to be okay yet eventually, I noticed one odd thing: tracking code has not been updated in weeks. Yes, I could find my parcel via tracking code but its status said that my package is.. somewhere? I contacted RedWolf company in hope that they could resolve my problem. However, RedWolf's support managed not only to fail at resolving my issue but also show lack of activity/support itself. I provided them screens of my tracking code status and wrote them multiple times.Eventually, RedWolf replied that they have opened an investigation case with Post Office and will contact me once they'll have any update on this case. Naturally, they wrote nothing since then. When I contacted them again, only THEN, RedWolf replied that they have cheked with Hong Kong post who confirmed that my package has already arrived to my country and is currently under custom inspection. They wrote this on 12th of November and today is 28th of November.I contacted post office of my country and they replied that no package can be found under the number I was given. Moreover, tracking code still says that my package is -somewhere out there- outside of my country and still has not been updated. As much as I would like to resolve this case, with such horrible support from RedWolf I believe it is not possible. They stopped to reply on my emails.So, I've ordered my AEG at the beginning of October. Today is 28th of November. I have no clue where my AEG is. Tracking code is not being update. RedWolf barely replies and states that my AEG is already in my country. My country's post office states that they have no such package. Everything would have been much easier and better if RedWolf would ACTUALLY care about their customers and provide ACTUAL support instead of rare replies. They give an impression that they don't care. One last note: They also refuse to refund my money, because they believe that AEG is in my country already.If you want to keep your nerves in one piece and your wallet as well, I encourage you to think twice before ordering anything from this company, who clearly needs to learn how to provide support during such cases. Nowadays, with tracking codes technology and internet, such Nonsense as this simply cannot be tolerated.

Airsoft.... Some would argue that it is grown men dressing up and playing army and shooting each other with toy guns. This IS true I suppose, but on the other hand if you go out and shoot people with a real gun in any other situation you would be branded a nutcase and get locked up. Others would say that it promotes teamwork, is good exercise and allows participants the opportunity to vent some aggression in a controlled and hopefully safe manner, using equipment that is very realistic (so realistic in fact that there are armed forces who train their troops using airsoft equipment). I fall into this camp since I would have no other chance to shoot at humans otherwise. Redwolf is one of the larger airsoft retailers around, indeed they are a wholesaler to many sites as well I believe. They have a good range of products and accessories so you can dress up in all the gear, arm yourself with a badass (replica!) gun ready for a weekend of make believe rambo. Even if you are not an airsoft player (skirmisher) its still interesting to see how many ways it's possible to differentiate basically the same gun(there are literally dozens of 'different' m16/m4 guns) UpdateIt seems that some people haven't realised that the shop burnt down about April 2017, destroying all the stock, but luckily no one was injured. These people just complain about not being able to buy their "toy" guns and moan about the place not being reopened, they don't care that someone COULD have been seriously hurt.Redwolf do not appear to be in any hurry to open a retail store again in the UK so at the moment if you want to buy from them it's the website only. I personally think this is a great opportunity missed but what do I know?
Finished work early to get there 30mins later to find its no longer there! There website said they were open & no one was answering the phone, complete waste of time.
