Refused to change faulty battery which is less than a year old. Even showed them the report from the RAC to say it's faulty and needs replacing.Edit: in response to your reply. As I tried to explain to them yes I know I haven't got the paper invoice but I have got the transaction on my bank statement to show the purchase. I have checked and they can be use as proof of purchase. You saying that the reason the battery was flat as a light had been left on. This isn't true as when I turn the engine off and remove the keys they all turn off. I told the guy this and he kept trying to compare the car battery to a phone battery that needs to be changed and belittling me. None of this explains why I had to have my car jumped started twice in one week and the RAC's computer saying it's faulty.

I have bought batteries from Megastore before, great service indeed.I decided to buy a Victron Solar controller earlier this year..... unfortunately the unit became faulty.....Battery Megastore went out of their way to ensure the unit was replaced which enabled me to continue my tour, first class service, first class staff.
