Lovely staff great location for what we needed. All you can eat breakfast was good and the meals at night was good menu was limited but what we ordered was very nice
Great location, 2 mins of the m5. Breakfast is a buffet all you can eat. Dog friendly. Ample free parking.

I've been here in ROOM 115 since the 05/10/2018 all the way until the 07/10/2018 There was a couple of things wrong which are listed belowNo clean towels No clean bedding Not enough tea cups No soap in the shower Once I found out we have no clean towels I went down to the gentleman that was on the night shift and asked for more clean towels his reply was sorry he have none available until the morning when there was some behind the desk Once I got more clean one he told me to leave there dirty ones near the mirror to be taken in the morning as they don't make the room smell I can't back in Saturday's night after work to find out the got folded and put with the clean towels But a apart from that this listed above the service was really good and really polite staff Food wasn't nice but was warm and quick
