But unfortunately I had many issues with the car I bought and I appreciate that this was not James' fault, I had taken the car multiple times and they did everything they could to fix my car but the problems kept occurring. James did everything he could to get me a new car and Warner's themselves bought me a new car and made sure it was perfect for me! James has been an absolute blessing and this man deserves to be recognised for his amazing work and brilliant customer service!! Couldn't fault him and his team
