Just had car serviced at PJNichols Tewkesbury. Staff were very helpful & kept me well informed (far better than a countrywide dealership who I won't name). Particularly liked the video that was sent to me. Price was very good as well. I would recommend going there to get your ford looked after.
After recently buying a car from further afield we unfortunately encountered some problems. PJ Nicholls at Tewkesbury are my local dealer so I used them for the repair. This was my first time with them, and I was very pleased with the service provided. I found the staff to be polite, honest and thorough - both the technicians and the staff at the service desk - Fabio and Brayden. I was always kept up to date with progress. I will definitely be returning for future servicing.
