Large for a lidi. Newly built. Much better than the old one in Cleave. Good bakery's. Can also grab great meat specials if u hit the tight time.
New store which is light, airy and modern. Seems well layed out and has the benefit of good parking and self service checkouts should you elect to use them. As with all Lidl stores, prices are very reasonable.
Day one opening, this store was great. Since then, it has declined. The fruit has been visibly mouldy twice when I've been in, there's been hardly anything in the bakery, and the self service machines are pretty useless when there isn't a member of staff monitoring them... Last week I waited for 10 minutes before a member of staff was able to help me finish paying...
Lidl is Lidl wherever you go. Same produce and similar store lay out. Good food at good prices. Some excellent Christmas specials to be had at the moment.
