Terrible, no service in 1st year when they put contract up they came out. Left me with a bill of over 500.00, had British Gas in to check their recommendations and none of it was needed. Worse company ever dealt , they don't even have the decency to respond to emails is that because they know they are in the wrong??????
No Stars ... Do not use this company. The Engineer was useless. Call out and inspection involved tapping everything with a screwdriver (including breaking plastic cover) then taking a picture of boiler serial number.A part was ordered. WRONG PART ... try again, WRONG PART , 3rd time lucky Printed circuit board was the right one and boiler worked ...BUT now needs ANOTHER part, failed emissions. The fact that it was the PCB was a TOTAL FLUKE ... no fault diagnosis took place just pure guess work. (Although they will say differently).I reiterate, perhaps I was unlucky and just got the inexperienced apprentice Either way after a month , the boiler still isn't working .... Glad I'm not paying the bill ... else I'd refuse!
Had this company out twice for my boiler, the first time as I had a leak and they had to order the parts, and the second time to fit the new part. Found the company very helpful when I phoned up and the engineer arrived as agreed and got us sorted. A good piece of mind company to deal with. Thank you Scotia.
Horrendous company. They're always rude on the phone, they never show up when they are supposed to, I've had them out countless times and my boiler still doesn't work. They never apologise, they just laugh at you. AVOID this joke of a company.
Not great to deal with. honestly thought as a new customer they would be interested in the business. But they only do work for insurance companies
