Very disorganised. My last repeat prescription was ordered through them over the phone but days later I was told there was no record that I had even ordered anything. I have had prescriptions lost by them and just waiting around in the queue there for a few minutes reveals the amount of other people's prescriptions that also go missing. The staff aren't quick to apologise for mistakes (if they apologise at all). I would go so far as to call certain staff down right rude. I was made to feel like a pain when they had to call my surgery in order to rectify the last situation that they caused. I use this pharmacy because it's the only one close by, but if I had a the choice I'd go elsewhere.
Generally excellent service.. But strongly advice against Saturday as relieve pharmacist prefers to chat on her phone, talk down to customers . Normally pharmacist is excellent nothing to much trouble goes out of his way to help all customers hence the 5 rating just a shame about the relief.
Very outdated store. Found staff rude.
Average. We have had problems with this pharmacy ourselves however I hope that things have been rectified since we have moved on to another pharmacy for the sake of others.
