Great museum. The model fairground is incredible. Lots of interesting stuff in there and nice staff who are very knowledgeable.
Quite an interesting little museum located in an old building. A good way to pass an hour or so. Free entry and run by volunteers.
Really interesting exhibits lots of photos helpful staff. Not suitable for disabled persons though as it is old listed building with narrow passage ways and very steep stairs. Would advise caution.

What an absolutely lovely little museum, with all sorts of delights ranging from a Roman skeleton to a hot cross bun made in 1832 (a bit past its sell-by date!) Really helpful and charming lady on the desk, and a fun mouse hunt for small children. A really worthwhile place to see.
