Used to buy appliances from this company as a retailer but then had a bad experience with their customer service department, would never use them again and the mark up with their items is literally pennies anyway
I applied for a job with this company by hand delivery of my CV prior Xmas and waited for a reply. My CV has my details to include a mobile number and email for contacting me. I had applied for a position as a forklift driver and also applied for work via employment agencies. I applied for FLT driving work via First Personnel in Worcester who are looking for FLT drivers and I was informed that DAD did not want me as I don't fulfil their criteria as a forklift driver. Why am I being told this through an employment agency in Worcester when DAD received CV prior to the position of a forklift driver and don't have the common decency to reply via email, post or ring me when I have been applying for work everywhere in Gloucestershire and Worcestershire as a forklift driver with experience. What criteria do I need when I have RTITB FLT and IPAF licences? I am obviously over qualified to be considered for employment which should be a blessing to employers.
Horrible service, facilities for drivers are a disaster, toilet is a bio hazard, very dirty and no soap and toilet rolls, the place is just a disgrace! I saw cleaner places in a pig farm!
Really quick to unload however the unloader has a bit of attitude
