I tried ringing this place to get an appointment for my daughter, an arrogant lady answers the phone, there was so much noise in her background. I rang back and she said they are very busy saloon and haven't got time to speak to me. No wonder jobs go out to non British people, you can't expect to be arrogant and do well in business.

I then had hair washed it was pulled tightly with freezing water and my hair got Caught in the plug hole. I then asked for some side bangs. She gave full on short bangs. I now look a disgrace. NEVER GO HERE. HAIR NIGHT MARE. BETTER OF AT SUPER CUTS.
