Brilliant shop, really knows his stuff - great support for our business! Highly recommend.I popped in this morning for some advice as I had done something stupid (total operator error) with my laptop and was able to tell me what I had done and how to fix it in under 30 seconds without even seeing it!Support this local company as prices are better and service is 100% better than chain shops who just dont have the same knowledge or customer service!
Had to have the keyboard replaced on my laptop due to water splashing on the top. Complex systems diagnosed, ordered the parts and repaired it in 4 days and kept me informed via text/email throughout. After the diagnostic test they inform you of the cost and have the option to pull out if you don't want to go ahead. Although I do not have a great deal of experience regarding computer repairs, I thought this was repaired at very reasonable price, I believe they are trustworthy and I would not consider going anywhere else. Plus you receive a free gift on collection and who doesn't like a freebie!!
Had my laptop repaired here more than once. Have found the service excellent. Quick sound advice, problems permanently resolved bythe expert technician. Will always go back for all my device problems.
The service these guys give is very very good-- had a problem they sorted it -- short while later had another problem -- again they sorted it thing is they up and told me the 2 problems were connected so they should have sorted it first time about ,so i was not charged a penny for the second visit and this was after they had a good fiddle with it thing is i would have been none the wiser so yes there is great pride in what they do and the service is all you could wish for
Flogged me a second hand Compaq laptop for 100. After a while it appeared the sound did not work - the audio jack had been forced. When the display became intermittant, it was apparent the laptop had been dropped. None of this was mentioned in the sale. Google, this is a genuine review. Why would I make a false review? This shop is opposite the butchers in Barton Street. There was one gentleman in the shop, and I asked for a laptop and it was near the front of the shop behind the window display. The laptop is a Compaq Presario C700 installed with Windows Vista. They never took my name when it was sold to me so they would have no name. The rear right hand corner of the laptop has clearly been dropped and glued. Sirs, It's a bit too late offering me compensation now, but why would you sell me this laptop and not tell me about the faults in the first place. I am not a competitor, I was a genuine off the street customer on that day.
