Very good you can usually get an appointment within a week for glasses they longer do drop in appointment. Hearing tests can take up to a month to book an appointment so if its urgent pop to Boots who can do drop in appointment for both hearing and eye tests. Service is good here and staff polite. Recommend
Since moving to the area some seven years ago I have always found staff to be very helpful, especially so last week when I had a particular issue with my glasses which needed to be rectify quickly. The sales assistant involved was extremely efficient, professional and knowledgable in all respects and took full responsibility to ensure everything happened in a very timely manner. Ive been a customer of Specsavers at Tewkesbury for some 12 years and, without fail, have always been greeted with warmth and friendliness by the polite and helpful shop floor staff. As the years have gone by, the Optometrist, who is a pleasant and extremely efficient lady, has always taken great care to ensure I have the right prescription for my changing eyesight. A very satisfied customer!

An extremely unpleasant experience from start to finish. At no point were we made to feel like valued clients. The service and interaction with the staff was poor and the management aggressive. No emphasis on finding resolutions to the issues raised during the time my 12 year old daughter and I were at the shop. Complained to the franchise company in the hope that there will be some kind of penalty for such poor service as I know that operating a franchise does come with obligation. Previously a customer of Specsavers for 20+ years elsewhere. I absolutely WOULD NOT recommend this franchise at all.
