No parking. Average waiting time is over 35 minutes. On several occasions I have had to wait over 60 minutes which required me to repark and pay for additional parking. Doctors do not listen to the words leaving my mouth. Appointments are awkward to book in advance. You can't book for multiple issues at once. I've been told after 2 years of constant visits that it is my responsability to make sure I see the same doctor each time, despite the same doctor never being offered to me. I have seen over 20 different doctors here. None seemed interested in my health or well being, instead peddling painkillers and expensive supplements to me. I'm never given much more than 5 minutes consultancy time, despite each visit costing over an hour of my time.
I am totally disgusted, the doctor told my daughter to have a flu vaccination due to having a baby that was three months premature and still has a heart problem and is immuno compromised. The receptionist told her that she had to have it privately ! I rang the receptionist to be told it was a manager decision. Since when does the manager overrule the decisions and advise of the doctors ?
Wonderful surgery all staff are helpful and dedicated to the smooth running of the surgery, Doctors are excellent.The parking is an issue that the developer's and council have not addressed, I feel the car park near the doctors should be free for patients or maybe first 2hrs free as if you have problems walking it is some what difficult.( Or maybe the little bit of grass near playground should turned into hardstanding) !

Only word to describe this practice is shocking. Trying to complete paperwork for a job application, started process in February, sent my medical forms to the wrong place, to then discover they didnt even complete the form, they just sent their own. Now trying to arrange an appointment to get a GP to complete re issued forms, told by reception after 20 minutes of the phone ringing, they dont waste appointments for paperwork. Attitude from receptionist is atrocious. Once I have these forms completed I will be leaving without doubt.
