Cannot believe others have had a decent experience here. Absolutely useless...i will be going elsewhere. Repeatedly they have cancelled an apt for a tiny filling and a scale and polish ....today i ring to check it is booked correctly for next week and it isn't. ...oh bo Carl tells me you are booked woth someone eho won't do a scale and polish..i patiently explain i have 3 children one is a small baby....which is why i need these 2 small jobs done together as one apt or consecutive . No attempt to be helpful. Told me i must have made that up....i live 40 mins away!! Useless and unhelpful
I have always been happy with the quality of dental care at this surgery. I was previously using a local private practice and was surprised to discover the facilities here to be far superior. Make of that what you will!If any of my friends and family complain about their dentist I always point them in this direction. I am not going to name my dentist but she is the best I've ever had (and I've had a few!)
Hard to believe this service has a five star rating. Whilst the dentists are good Ive always found the experience with reception indifferent. After waiting eight weeks for an appointment, I arrive on time to be told it was cancelled. They offer another appointment in eight weeks! Even if the reason is a good one, they simply cant manage their schedules and this is from a business that advertises for more patients AND fines the ones who miss appointments. Appalling. Shame you have to give one star!
I can't praise Tewkesbury House enough; being ridiculously nervous the lovely dentist Mo was so understanding that I've had all my work done without needing therapy :-) !! Everyone from the reception team through to the surgery crew is fabulous and I was given a top tip by one of the lovely staff to wear headphones and my favourite music to block out the drill noise- Adele worked a treat ! Have recommended to all my friends, feel very lucky to have found it.
When I broke a tooth recently it was so bad I thought I might loose it. Irina, my dentist confirmed as much but said she might be able to save it with a deep root filling and a lightweight crown. The results are fantastic, I am so pleased and it has given back my confidence when I smile. I cannot thank Irina , her assistant Shardai and the team enough for their amazing care , professionalism and skill.
