Friendly, helpful staff in service area.

I was transferred to BMW cotswold when someone hit my Z4 and the insurers body shop made a total hash of the repair. their service then (November 2015), was excellent. So when someone hit my Peugeot at a set of traffic lights I insisted on using BMW Cotswold in Tewkesbury.Sadly this experience was far from the polished level of service I'd previously had. At first I was told by the Manager that because my insurer was a subsidiary of Aviva they would expect the discounted rate that Aviva get (40-50 and hour instead of their usual 75). He went on to try and convince me on using their claim management company (Kindertons) so they could bump the price up and make more out of the repair.Quick Google showed Kindertons have an awful reputation so i refused and eventually they took the repair on through my insurers. Sadly they've done such a poor job its had to go back to them 3 times and it's still not right:1st time they left a long line of masking tape glue up one side, over the roof and down the other along with primer overspray on the fuel filler cap.2nd time I discovered they had missed a piece of trim off the boot lid which covered a large hole next to the boot release, also they were looking into a loud rattle from the suspension over potholes. 3rd time for the suspension rattle again, I was quite worried about this because the car had substantial damage to the rear and they had had the rear suspension off. They came for a ride that time but said they said they couldn't hear it.so then it went to Peugeot and they fixed the rattle in 5 mins whilst i waited, It was a piece for trim that hadn't been clipped up. I'm still finding corners they've cut each time i wash it, such as painting over deep scratches in plastic trim pieces and scratches in the lenses of the rear lights. This is my experience, like I said, I have had impeccable service from this bodyshop in the past, it's just totally outweighed by the service this time.

Great service, really friendly staff. Fantastic work done. These guys really know their stuff

Very professional & did a very good job

I brought my Mazda here after an run in with a metal pole left a huge dent in the side of my car. The body shop staff were so friendly and even fixed a botch job the previous owners had done to fix a panel. I was given a new plate mini as a courtesy car- I'll be getting one from Cotswolds BMW as soon as I can! My car was returned better than it was before the dent, and delivered back lovely and clean.
