I had a gorgeous 8oz Kofta bugger with smoked cheese and salad topped with mint yoghurt dressing...yum yum.
The lamb kofte burger was incredible, succulent with a hint of spice that gave it that extra bit if subtle oomph. Everything is sourced locally , for example the seeds for the Tewkesbury mustard that goes into their foot long Tewkesbury sausage, is actually sourced from the original garden the monks who created Tewkesbury mustard used. Research and thought has gone into everything, you will enjoy the end result
