Great as normal. My boy dropped his drink and they started making a fresh one before I asked and then refused to let me pay for it.
Good atmosphere, toilets, books to read and plenty of seating. Room for pushchairs. Good choice of snack food and cakes etc, very good coffee lots of choice, reasonable prices. In warm weather the front windows can be fully removed. Bags of used coffee grounds free for use on your compost!!
Nice chain coffee shop with plenty of choice. Better than Costa in my opinion as their cakes are nicer and they have more drink choices.Staff are friendly and there are plenty of options including specialty coffees and teas hot or cold. They also have frappes (basically just milkshakes as most don't have any coffee in them) and smoothies.Prices are quite high, expect to pay 3.50 for a large coffee. Cakes are 3 each.Cappuccino was good but half the cup was foam.. Guess I should have chosen a different drink!Get their loyalty card if you visit often as you can get a free drink after a few visits. They also have a branch in Gloucester which you can use the card at.
Friendly staff and speedy service. A variety of drinks and food for both the people who prefer savoury and those with a sweet-tooth. A cosy and warm atmosphere with plenty of seating available. Unfortunately, it is pricey which is why I didnt give it the 5* rating.
Comfortable wooden interior, plenty of space, pleasant staff. I asked if I required an extra shot in my large cappuccino (I like to taste my coffee) and was advised 'no' as their coffee was strong........ It isn't and I did, but not a problem though as one was added.
