Whenever I have been into this store for anything cycling related I have found them unhelpful. Evesham store is far and away superior in all respects! The amount of times I have been there only to have to make an extended journey to Evesham
I had a bit of an emergency situation with my bike enroute from Nantwich to Bournemouth. The bolt holding my pannier frame had sheared off and part of it was still seated in the thread. I explained the situation to a Halfords assistant who promptly went to seek the bike mechanic. Out came Mike, who was impressed with our journey and instantly took my bike to his workshop to help us be on our way ASAP.After about half an hour Mike returned with 2 new pannier bolts replacing the old ones. He successfully removed the dead one qith no problems.Thank you Mike you are a star! But....you left my seat at its highest point & I nearly did some damage to myself getting back in the saddle. I forgive you though as we were in a bit of a rush. We made it to Bournemouth with no further problems, thank you for making us a priority on that day, it was very much appreciated xx
witnessed a stonechip repair in car park, the chip wasnt even filled correctly,just pit filled and set,the member of staff said it was OK, I ADVISED the customer not to pay the bill,it was an awefull repair.
probably got my bike fixed here once. It still works to this day.
