I went in just over a week ago to have ombr acrylics done, my main worry was that the tips would turn yellow as thats what happened to me before so I asked if they could put on a different top coat and the lady who was doing them said she was putting something on that makes the nail tips stay white. They looked great until 5 days later when they started to turn yellow so I rang up, explained the situation, and I got told to come in and they would re-polish them for free. That happened and once again they looked good and I even asked the man who did them if I could get a different top coat as its clearly the stuff they are using as the nails were still white underneath the horrible yellow colour. The man said thats fine and that he used the good polish. 4 days later they turn yellow AGAIN. I rang up and a man answered so I explained the situation and all of a sudden he acts as if the line is breaking up but he just passed the phone over to a woman which I assume was due to the language barrier. But I got no explanation as to why Im now speaking to someone else and I had to explain everything all over again. Then I just got told how it must be the stuff Im using on my hands as this never happens to them and how they actually used SHELLAC on my nails when they re-painted them for free which is absolute bulls*it. And just for the record I dont use any make up that could damage my nails, lotions, fake tan, I dont use sun beds, I dont do anything to make them like this. For you guys to blame the customer is not good. And then I got told they will not do ombre for me because it clearly doesnt work for you hands and that I should do colour instead. Never returning again.
