Conveniently located just off M5. Good value at 2 meals for 8.99 and unlimited hot drinks...But... Food overdone and dry.Good portion size but quality let it down :(

We visit this pub often with family and friends. Every time we visit there is something wrong with the orders. On our last visit of 6 adults, 3 orders were totally wrong after waiting 45 minutes for the food. Also, when the food arrived we were told they didn't have roast potatoes or roast turkey left, yet nobody mentioned this at the time of ordering. Lovely atmosphere, but it's not worth the hassle.
My friend and I went there at lunchtime for a light bite. Lovely atmosphere as there were quite a few Christmas lunch parties there. Staff always friendly and helpful. Great that you can get your parking fee back and off your meal.
Needed a quick meal for 3. Used the 2 for 1 lunchtime deal. Great value for money but there was a risk that 4 meals could have been cheaper than 3. Go figure. The whole experience was exactly what we wanted. Well done.
